JFK offers Before School Care for morning preschool students. This care begins at 7:00 a.m. and concludes at 7:25 a.m. when the students join the rest of their arriving classmates under regular staff supervision. On days when the school start time is delayed due to inclement weather, Before School Care start time is also delayed. For example, a two-hour delayed start time for Before Care would be 9:00a.m. rather than 7:00a.m.
A registration fee of $25.00 per student is to be paid prior to your child’s attendance in this program. Per Diem before school care MAY be available but only with advance notice so that we can assure that the proper number of staff members are available. Before school care IS NOT available on a per diem basis on 2-hour late start days due to weather unless advance notice had already been made to the program.
Students will be expected to follow the JFK school rules while in attendance in the program. Failure to follow the rules or a lack of payment for the program may lead to a student being excluded from the program.
