Appreciation Dinner

The Parish Council hosts this special event in thanksgiving, celebration and appreciation for the many gifts shared by the good stewards of OLV and JFK. Adult parishioners, JFK parents and spouses or guest are cordially invited to attend. Substantial hors d’oeuvres and refreshments are served. There is no cost to attend…just the opportunity to sit back and enjoy the evening.

Parish Picnic

This annual event is held on the parish grounds in late August or early September. There are fun activities provided for all ages and great food at a minimal cost. Come join us!

If you would like to be part of future events, please contact the parish office. We need volunteers of all ages for set up, clean up and light work shifts during the picnic.

Marriage Encounter

Marriage Encounter is a Christian movement open to couples of all faiths. It is designed to strengthen a couple’s unity and help them discover God’s plan for their marriage. An annual weekend retreat for married couples is held on the parish grounds, presented by a team of married couples and a spiritual leader.

This is a private weekend devoted to renewing your marriage relationship. It is a time to become reacquainted. A time to learn, talk, and listen to self and spouse. At night, couples are encouraged to spend the weekend away from home if possible, or if not, to be alone in their own home. Couples do not sleep at Our Lady of Victory facilities. Saturday (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and Sunday (breakfast & lunch) meals are provided.
