Academics

During the first semester, the first graders will learn the short vowel sounds. Your child will learn how to read, write sentences, add, and so much more.

Homework

Math . . . . . . .two worksheets a week.

Reading . . . . have your child read 20 minutes every night.

Vocabulary . .new words for the following week’s story will come home on Mondays, please have your child practice reading these words.
